Sophia has professional experience in English language teaching, faculty training, and bilingual education policy implementation. Her work at the Center for Bilingual Education, National Taiwan University, has focused on developing EMI teaching resources and supporting faculty development. She is also a certified facilitator of the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW), a faculty development program established by the University of British Columbia (UBC), Canada. Her combined experience in EMI, faculty training, and bilingual education enables her to bridge international perspectives with the local context of EMI education in Taiwan.
