The Taiwan–UK University Consortium (TUKUC) was established in November 2023 with the strong support of Taiwan’s Ministry of Education and the British Council in Taiwan. It provides a national-level and institutionalized framework for higher education collaboration between Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

Bringing together four leading research universities from each country, TUKUC aims to strengthen academic partnerships, enhance educational exchange, and address global challenges through interdisciplinary cooperation.

What We Do

TUKUC brings together universities in Taiwan and the UK to foster meaningful academic collaboration across cultures and disciplines. We create platforms for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and partnership building that enable institutions, faculty, and students to work together on shared priorities.

Through the Consortium, we support:

·   Mobility opportunities for students and faculty

·   Professional development and capacity building for university academics and staff
