Dr. Keith M. Graham is an Associate Professor in the School of Teacher Education at National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). He earned his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and an M.Ed. in International Literacy from Sam Houston State University. His research focuses on English-medium instruction (EMI), bilingual education, and teacher education in Taiwan. Dr. Graham has served as principal investigator on multiple grant projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council and the Ministry of Education. He has authored over 30 publications in the areas of EMI, bilingual education, and teacher education, with many appearing in leading journals in education and applied linguistics. In addition to his research and teaching, Dr. Graham currently serves as Associate Editor for the Asia Pacific Education Review (SSCI Education & Educational Research Q1).
